Pharrell To Open His First Restaurant & Cocktail Lounge In Miami

Pharrell Williams is really spreading his wings in the world of business. He’s already seen success with several clothing lines and is looking to launch several cosmetic, jewelry, and lingerie lines in the near future. He’s steadily showing the real makings of a businessman.

So much so, that he has recently partnered with David Grutman (owner of the popular LIV) to open a new restaurant and cocktail bar slated to debut this fall in Miami, Florida. They have apparently been working on this venture for two years and hopefully, it will be worth the wait come the grand debut.

According to South Florida Business Journal, the hybrid restaurant titled “Swan and Bar Bevy,” will operate under Grutman’s hospitality company, Groot Hospitality, which services other Miami restaurants like Komodo, LIV Hard Rock Stadium, OTL, and Planta. “Swan and Bar Bevy” will be located on 90 N.E. 39th St.

Details and designs of the restaurant and cocktail bar have not been fully released, however, information is being released on the bar’s official website. Knowing Pharrell’s penchant for taste and style, no doubt the restaurant and bar will look amazing. Perhaps he will even buy a neon bar sign so that everyone in Miami will know where to find this signature restaurant and cocktail bar.

What we do know is that the downstairs floor “Swan” will host the restaurant and the upstairs “Bar Bevy” will host the “cocktail-focused” space. As for the food that will be served that remains to be seen as no menu has been posted as of yet.

David Grutman seems to agree as he told the South Florida Business Journal that “[Pharrell] has some great ideas and visions,” Grutman told the news outlet. “I think it’s going to be the most beautiful restaurant in Miami.”

Congratulations Pharrell, we’re excited to see your ventures expand as a first-time restaurant and bar owner. If it becomes a chain you’ll know you have made it.
