The Wearable Art Gala is celebration of African American art that raises money for teen mentorship programs. This year, Beyonce and Jay-Z brought their oldest daughter, Blue Ivy along for the fun. While sitting in on an auction, Blue saw a piece of art and went for it. The six year old bid $19,000 on a painting by Sidney Poitier. Vanity Fair reports that Tyler Perry ended up winning the bid over little Blue, and took the painting home.

The loss didn’t stop her, she went on to win a Samuel Levi Jones piece for $10,000.  – via Vanity Fair
