Kap G may have been the most low-key of all of XXL’s 2017 Freshman Class, but that doesn’t mean he hasn’t been working.

While many of his classmates were the subject of frequent blog headlines for one crazy reason after the next, the 23-year-old rapper has kept things cool, moving in silence while steadily releasing new music. He’s looking to make 2018 his year with the release of the video for “Marvelous Day” that encapsulates the perks of his new flashy, materialistic lifestyle.

The visual, directed by Be El Be, takes place on a beautiful, sunny day, by the pool with a surplus of beautiful women. Kap looks happy and relaxed, adding to the already breezy, jovial nature of the track to make the entire experience a more than positive one.

While both Gunna and Lil Uzi Vert are featured on the track, Uzi wasn’t able to make an appearance for the video. It’s still a joyous occasion for all involved as they celebrate success and look towards a fruitful future.
