Lizzo
Making her major label debut back in 2016 with her Coconut Oil EP, Lizzo has been making a name for herself, performing at numerous festivals including Boston Calling. The Minnesota songstress made her return in 2017 with the release of her two singles “Truth Hurts” and “Water Me” and performed at Philadelphia’s Made In America music festival, as well as NPR Music’s SXSW showcase. Also embarking on her ‘Good As Hell’ tour which did exceptionally well, Lizzo tells fans that 2018 is all about “dropping expectations and forgetting everything I had planned for myself as an artist.” Point is, she’s been doing it for a few years and now is finally her time.
Rico Nasty
One among many new faces in Hip Hop when it comes down to the women, Rico is surely making her mark. Unleashing her Sugar Trap 2 mixtape in 2017, Rico Nasty is setting herself apart with each and every move she makes. Embodying a style that is very much Hip Hop, but also dripping with elements of a full-blown rock star, those worlds come together to collide in her music, which is filled with aggression and grit. Also being versatile in her content, Rico Nasty has all the makings to become a huge star.
Molly Brazy
Do not let her small frame fool you, Molly Brazy packs a big punch. Molly Brazy brings her Detroit flair to hip hop with a ‘Big Brazy’ attitude that commands attention. At only 18 years old, Molly Brazy has mixtape ‘Molly World’ as well as an LP ‘Big Brazy’ under her belt. Her feisty lyrics and energetic delivery are enough to get anyone amped about anything. Currently, on the “Big Brazy” tour taking her across the country to cities including Miami and Chicago, Molly has a definite fan-base growing by the minute. Molly Brazy is equipped with the talent and finesse to make waves in Hip Hop.
Jack Harlow
There is no stopping Jack Harlow! At just 19-years-old, the Louisville native has what it takes. Spitting bars since the age of 13, he gained popularity posting his original songs to SoundCloud and YouTube. Within the last year, the rapper has been in the studio hustling hard, working on his upcoming project.
