Paranoia: True Story was a personal, introspective look at Dave East’s psyche. Aside from being a peek into the way his brain operates, it also doubled as a wondrous display of talent. East showed a style that could best be described as an evolution of Nas meets Camron – unflinching social awareness and swagger packaged tightly together. The 13-track EP proved to be the source of a surge in popularity his young career rapidly needed; anticipation for a follow-up quickly set the internet ablaze. Now, it looks like fans have been granted their wish by rap’s deities. Dave East has officially released Paranoia 2. 

With a tracklist featuring appearances from T.I., Tory Lanez, Marsha Ambrosius, Lloyd Banks, and a couple of other notable faces, the project looks to be a star-studded outing that will be as big of a musical phenomenon as the first. It’s only right that East took to Instagram to announce a tour to accompany the release of the new project as well.
