Justin Timberlake To Headline at Super Bowl LII Halftime Show
by Staff Editor
It has officially been confirmed. Superstar entertainer Justin Timberlake will perform during the Super Bowl LII Halftime Show serving as the headlining act. The NFL confirms so tonight.
Taking place at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minnesota on Sunday, Feb. 4, 2018, JT returns to the Super Bowl halftime stage and once again joins a special list of past performers that include Beyonce, Michael Jackson, Paul McCartney, Coldplay, U2 and so many more.
If you remember, back in 2004 during Super Bowl XXXVIII, Timberlake performed alongside Janet Jackson when the infamous “wardrobe incident” occurred. The NFL put most of the blame on Janet for what happened, however it was JT who got a lot of heat for how he handled the situation by not sticking up for Janet the way he could have.
But, in the good ole’ entertainment world, things can be forgotten with a snap of the finger. We’re excited to see what JT brings to the Super Bowl Halftime stage in February. Maybe a new album is on the way?
