Tip’s efforts to combat police brutality are coming to the small screen. The Atlanta rapper has released a new short film titled Us or Else.

This film is the third phase of his “Us or Else” movement. The hip-hop veteran kicked it off by releasing the Us or Else EP in September 2016, which then followed that up with a full length album titled Us or Else: Letter to the System in December 2016.

“If you place any creature in such excruciating circumstances over periods and periods of time … after so long, they will be agitated and antagonized,” he told CNN. “It’s human nature, so to not expect that after the type of treatment that has been rendered is insane.”
