It’s a girl for Ciara and Russell Wilson! The couple have welcomed their first child together.
Announcing the birth of their newborn baby girl, Sienna Princess Wilson, the singer and her NFL hubby shared the arrival news on Instagram with a sweet letter welcoming her to the world.
