Among the most anticipated of tracks with the DAMN. tracklist reveal, the one question that many may have asked is, “Will it live up to the hype?” On a great note, it absolutely did. In a time where featured artists can be predictably placed and almost forgettable on tracks, “LOYALTY.” is the collaboration I didn’t know I wanted. Fusing the entities of Kendrick and Rihanna, perfectly, the two rap AND sing of companionship, admiration, and everything in between. A slow-jam we’ll go on to remember for its approach, this one 100% delivered.
