It’s official, folks — the Snowman has another number 1 album with Trap Or Die 3, his third time doing so.

The soundscan results are in and it looks like Jeezy sold 89,000 units in the first week (ending on November 3rd), and roughly 73,000 in physical sales. For each of Jeezy’s eight official studio albums, he’s found himself in the top 10 for each release. Impressive, to say the least.

As for TD3, Jeezy wanted to get back to his roots and what he knows best. “I wanted to take it back to creating music,” Jeezy recently told Billboard. “My first two albums, we made from scratch. We didn’t even have a studio… In its entirety, (the new album is) real, authentic, quality street music.”
