Mary J. Blige made headlines earlier this month when she sang Bruce Springsteen‘s “American Skin (41 Shots)” directly to Hillary Clinton during an interview.

Today, she’s back with the original song and alongside no other than Kendrick Lamar.

The R&B singers sings Springsteen’s words beautifully, while K Dot adds a politically charged as he touches on Colin Kaepernick’s protests. “American Skin (41 Shots)” is set to be in Mary J. Blige’s upcoming album Strength Of A Woman.
