The Bay’s own Kehlani made her homecoming yesterday as she stopped by 106KMEL with an in-depth & intimate interview with Shay Diddy.

In her first sit-down interview since going through her hospitalization and public break-up with Kyrie Irving, the 21-year-old songstress opened up about going on her social media hiatus and what she’s been up to since. Kehlani also spoke candidly about what she went through in the past couple of months and her battle with depression, acknowledging that she’s in a much better place now.

Depression and bad mental health is something that affects many in society nowadays, more often than not. It can be set off by a number of factors, like pressures to perform and live up to the standards of others. But luckily there is so much help out there now for people like Kehlani who have been suffering, with many using Hemp CBD gummies wholesale as a method of coping with low moods, anxiety, and stress. In the interview, Kehlani talked about the methods she used to battle depression, hoping that others could find solutions like hers or similar. However, she adds though that it’s always better to do all of these after consulting a professional. Since it might be quite easy to get hold of dc marijuana and other related substances, make sure you know how to go about it to require the help you need.

Now with her single “Gangsta” hitting the Top 40 and “CRZY” steadily climbing up the charts, Kehlani is prepping for the release of her debut album ‘SSS’. She talks about what sound fans can expect, as well as revealing that she’s almost done with the project and has also been writing for other people as well. She also shares her excitement about opening up for her idol Lauryn Hill at the Oakland tour stop next month, and also hints at an upcoming Tsunami Christmas show this December.

And not one to shy away from speaking her mind, Kehlani also spoke about the #BlackLivesMatter movement, as well as her thoughts & stance on the Colin Kaepernick National Anthem protest. She also talks about the upcoming presidential election, calling it a “mockery” and feeling unmoved by either candidate.
