The house that Hov built, Roc Nation, is getting stronger with the signing of Levi Carter. Carter is based in Virginia, but hails from the Bronx, who gained notoriety from his single “Finessed,” which was a part of his buzzed project ANTISOCIAL.

Levi’s announcement as a member of the Roc comes with the release of a new EP, Presence of a Lord. 10 tracks deep, the new release provides an introduction to some, a second coming for ANTISOCIAL listeners and is a showcase for Carter by keeping features to a minimum.
