TDE’s Isaiah Rashad is set to drop his 2nd official TDE album on September 2nd and the hype can certainly be felt.

Keeping us content until then, Top Dawg and Isaiah liberate a promising new single titled “i mean,” which brings Rashad’s wordplay, lyricism and passion to the forefront.

That type of energy is something Isaiah delivered tenfold on his TDE debut Cilvia Demo, so it’s relieving to say the least that nothing’s changed since 2014 in that regard. “i mean” was produced by Black Metaphor, who also contributed to the aforementioned debut.
