Since there’s three of you, I’m sure you all have different opinions on sounds you like for your songs, so what is the music-making process like for you guys?

P: We’re all really involved in the writing process because we all have things to say. Me being from the original group lot of the things we talked about, we were going through it but it was based off what we thought our fans wanted. Now that we’ve actually gone on tour and everything, it was very easy to say “Well, I went on Twitter and talked to my fans and they want to hear this.” So that’s kind of how we go about it.

Do you guys ever find yourselves in friendly competition with each other when your performing or recording?

M: Of course, but that’s what makes things interesting. We always do it in a good way. We’re never hating on each other or anything like that. One person might have what another person doesn’t have. We see someone that might be a little better at this, but I can do that. It’s that kind of relationship.

E: Yea, I think it helps us play off of each other’s strengths. It just creates a really cool dynamic for us.

What is a the number one big accomplishment you guys want to make before the year ends?

M: A successful tour! I definitely want to go overseas more. We’ve got a lot of love over there.

E: A specific place I wanna go to is London.

Where do each of you see yourselves in the next five years?

P: I definitely see myself still being in entertainment. I feel like I was born to be an entertainer. I just see a lot of success, a lot of happiness, great friends, great family.

M: I feel like five years from now, kind of what Princeton said, a lot of success. You know, you never know! Maybe the biggest world tour MB ever encountered. Something amazing like that.

E: Definitely some big things. Maybe acting and things like that. I still see myself entertaining, as well. Working, writing, playing the producer role.

Any advice for up-and-coming artists out there?

P: Stay focused and keep on working. The fight is never over. Always try to get to the top or wherever you want to be. Work hard to get there and work even harder to stay there.

M: Just don’t feed into the hype. A lot of people will have a lot to say whether they think you won’t make it or they just don’t believe in you and you won’t get as far as you will. Be stay true and don’t believe the hype.

E: My thing is hard work pays off. We work with a lot of people who also help us and work hard, so just work hard to get what you want.
