Puff Daddy Announces First-Ever Bad Boy Reunion Tour
by Staff Editor
Puff Daddy and his Bad Boy Records team is looking to make 2016 a memorable one.
Last month, Puffy announced back-to-back Bad Boy Reunion shows taking place in NYC to not only reunite one of hip-hop’s most successful labels, but to also celebrate what would be the 44th birthday of The Notorious B.I.G..
After selling out the show in a matter of minutes, and causing quite an excitement in the hip-hop community, Diddy has decided to turn the reunion show into a full-blown, 25-date tour starting on August 25th. Here’s what Puffy had to say:
“This isn’t just a concert– this is a moment in hip hop and R&B history.” said Sean “Diddy” Combs aka Puff Daddy. “The family and I are so excited to welcome fans into this once in a lifetime experience. This tour is 20 years in the making, and is a celebration of the hits and the Bad Boy lifestyle. The Bad Boy Family has set the standard for concert excellence, and this tour will be a testament to that!”
The tour will include performances from Puff, Lil Kim, Mase, Faith Evans, Mario Winans, Total, Carl Thomas, The LOX and French Montana. We already know the likes of Jay Z, Mary J Blige and more will serve as special guests at the New York shows, but we expect the entire tour to have a bunch of surprises.
Tickets for the tour will be available on Wednesday, May 18th at 10:00 am for Citi cardmembers through Citi’s Private Pass Program, then for everyone else on Friday, May 20th via LiveNation.com.
