Drake Earns First Number 1 As Lead Artist On Billboard Hot 100 With ‘One Dance’
by Staff Editor

Drake achieves another major feat thanks to his latest album Views.
Though you would’ve thought he achieved this one by now, Drake has officially earned himself his very first number 1 slot on the Billboard Hot 100 with his catchy tune “One Dance” off of the aforementioned, platinum album.
“One Dance” took the number 1 spot away from Desiigner, who owned it the past couple of weeks with his hit “Panda.”
As we already mentioned, Drake’s album Views went platinum in its first week of sales. Roughly 850,000 of those were actual purchases, while the other sales came through streaming numbers. The boy from the 6 is clearly on a mission.
To add to the craziness, Drake also currently has 20 songs charting on the Billboard Hot 100, which includes the former number 1 “Work” featuring Rihanna. See the full list below.
