A$AP Ferg’s sophomore effort, Always Strive and Prosper, is gaining traction and is ready to impact the game on April 22. With his release date around the corner Ferg hopped on Twitter and shared that he has a track with Missy Elliott on the way.

In a 20 second clip, you can hear Ferg with some invigorating words of inspiration that sound to be laid over a beat that brings in a sample of Alicia Myers’ classic “I Want To Thank You.”

The snippet that is available via Ferg gives us all of him and none of Missy, but it’s good to keep some the gems to the actual album. Let’s check for it when the album drops next Friday. In the meantime take a listen to the sample below.
