After taking over on SXSW these past couple of days, Young Thug is ready to continue his streak of success.
The 23-year-old MC just dropped a brand new song “Dope,” where he recruits Philly’s upcoming artist Lil Uzi Vert. Thugger also unleashed the date to his upcoming mixtape, Slime Season 3 set to drop Friday, March 25.
The ATL native revealed the release date in a very unique way, as a marching band made it’s way through Austin’s 6th street, where a black casket with red paint reading (3.25.16) was being carried.
Take a look at some of the images from the SXSW on-goers, and while you’re at it, click here to listen to “Dope.”

.@300's funeral procession of Thugger's 'Slime Season 3' on 6th St. is one the best marketing stunts of this new era. More of this please 👏
