Adele is taking the world by storm with her hit-single “Hello,” and as she gets ready to drop her first album in four years, the British singer made her first BBC 1 television appearance since 2013.

During the one-hour special for BBC, Adele not only delighted the audience with her powerful voice, but also spoke about why she wanted to return to the music scene, and even played a round of “Rumor Has It” Q&A.

In the video clip below, you hear the 25 vocalist speak about not having access to her own Twitter account by saying:

“When Twitter first came out, I was drunk tweeting and nearly put my foot in it quite a few times. But, they’re all my tweets. No one writes my tweets, they just post them for me.”
