Karen Civil recently told you about Common’s role in the upcoming Suicide Squad. Well, next stop for the shining actor/rapper is “John Wick 2.”

Director Chad Stahelski casted Common to play the bad guy up against Keanu Reeves in this action sequel, which will be interesting to watch coming from his iconic hero role in Selma. His character works for a “female crime lord” who awakens Keanu, a former assassin who delivers justice, according to Hollywood Reporter.
