Empire has proved to be loved by the millions (possibly more). So the time may be coming to take a jab at a spin-off.

Co-chief Dana Walden of Fox Group TV told Vulture that it’s very possible the popular series will lead into another show. All they need is an “original” character plus a creative, natural storyline, and voilà!

She went on to say:

“We just want to make sure the right idea presents itself to the creators, and that it’s not something that feels forced or fabricated. We’re not going to rush anything. We want the writers to stay focused on making a great season of Empire this year.”

Let’s keep our fingers crossed that Lee Daniels will deliver another hit for us!
