Kendrick Lamar made his way to the brand new late night talk show The Late Show with Stephen Colbert last night and served as the first musical guest.
After Stephen’s hilarious 2nd episode, the TDE general made his way to the stage to perform a medley of songs from his latest album To Pimp A Butterfly including “Wesley’s Theory,” “King Kunta,” “Momma” and “U.” The band that was backing Kendrick during his performances included the likes of Bilal, Anna Wise, and Thundercat, making for an even more exciting performance.
For this being the first musical guest, Colbert has a lot to live up to from here on out. Enjoy Kendrick’s performance above.
