Janet Jackson and Michael Jackson at Grammy Awards

While fans have enjoyed the sexy style of “No Sleep,” Janet Jackson is going to show a different side with her dedication to her brother, Michael.

Janet is taking the opportunity to open up on Michael’s passing for the first time in Unbreakable. The 17-song album will be full of personal songs that are refreshing to fans, “who have steadfastly stood by her,” according to her official website.

The Billboard chart topping icon is channelling her Rhythm Nation 1814 message with a blend of an open diary on life.

Surely seven years was a long enough wait to hear Janet’s sultry voice again, so we’re excited to see the finished product. Anticipate Unbreakable’s release on October 2nd, and pre-order it on iTunes here.
