Missy Elliott

There aren’t very many female rap artists who can parallel the success of Missy Elliott but unfortunately, she has not released an album since  The Cookbook in 2005. Although, she has appeared as the lead artist in several singles, including “9th Inning” and “Triple Threat,” both released in 2012, and not to mention her 2015 Super Bowl Halftime guest appearance with Katy Perry, the hip-hop icon is not dominating the industry as she once did. We’re hoping for a comeback album soon, Missy!
