OVO’s crooner PARTYNEXTDOOR has just released a brand new song with an interesting title “Kehlani’s Freestyle.”

Based on the mood of the song, the title, and some choice lines including, “Gin got me feeling real honest/Now that me and shawty platonic,” we can’t help but feel like PND is hinting at a (former?) relationship with new singing sensation Kehlani. At the end, he also sings “I wish I would’ve taken things slower” leaving us with several questions on where the two stand. We’re assuming it was a thing of the past at this point.

Nonetheless, PND delivered yet again and you can listen to “Kehlani’s Freestyle” below.
