This one is a no brainer. Chance on a normal day is a must see show already, but as the headliner of his hometown’s festival you can be sure the young star will put on a show. Add in the fact of whispers regarding his Acid Rap follow up, coming off having a heavy hand in Donnie Trumpet and Social Experiment’s, who will be backing him, SURF and his seemingly endless list of contacts anything is possible. Last year at Lollapalooza he brought out R. Kelly. At his TIP Festival he recruited Kendrick Lamar. Chance is not only a showstopper but he is a man of surprises.
