The lover’s quarrel between Nicki Minaj and her ex-bae Safaree has continued long after their break up. Nicki has moved on to her new love, Meek Mill, but a recent release from her old flame is stirring their romantic pot again.

Safaree, who is building his rap career, dropped a new track titled “Love the Most,” which provides alluding details that played a part in his break up with the Pinkprint creator. In the song he cites their break up, as the reason people knew they were an item in the first place, showing some emotional pain from watching Nicki kiss Nas during a music video and more before stating he is still the biggest fan she has.

Of course the track and the content of the lyrics have been a hot topic for social media leading to Nicki Minaj to tweet her rebuttal. Beginning with the statement “Don’t make me do this,” Nicki let off a stream of tweets filled with lessons like “don’t chase on a loyal woman” and stating that she is a happy and forgiving woman. Concluding her messages, Nicki states that she is in love with Meek Mill.
