Have you and the cast ever been able to get together and live-out some of the over-the-top moments that we saw in the show?

Jerry Ferrara: From the show, it’s weird. It’s such an extreme way of living on the show. I don’t think any of the guys on the show, obviously myself included in my regular life, live such lavish styles. Sometimes being actors, we do find ourselves in those positions. Whether it’s a party or anything. For instance, we just did the press junket, and then we literally go from there on a private plane to Vegas to present an award at the Billboard Awards. Then we go to a party, and come on a jet back to do more press events. That could be like an Entourage-style sort of thing, even though it goes with the job of being an actor. It’s a wish fulfillment show, and a wish fulfillment movie, so I guess I could kind of say I wish our lives were like that.

What was your favorite scene to film for the movie?

Jerry Ferrara: There’s a sequence at a party where we’re going to screen the Hyde movie on the beach, which is where we have all the great cameos in one location for the most part. That was really cool. I’d also say getting into the octagon with Ronda Rousey, and getting to play around with her. I got to see how great she is at her craft and what she does. I think that’s a great story for the grandkids.

How have you and Turtle grown similarly over the years? You both have gone through major transitions on and off screen.

Jerry Ferrara: Well, I like to think that I’ve always been more driven and more mature than Turtle early on. I think as we’ve both gotten older, I guess I’ve gotten lazier. Turtle, on the other hand, has become more driven. He’s kind of surpassed me in drive and ambition. I think he developed and matured a bit later than I have. I think we’re both now at the same spots. I just maybe got their a little quicker.

There’s been so many hip-hop cameos throughout the series, and even in the movie. Who were some of your favorites to be on set with?

Jerry Ferrara: We’ve had Kanye West, Snoop, T.I., who was also in the movie, Eminem. Eminem was really cool. The fact that he came on the show and played himself where he basically beats up Vince, it was kind of awesome in a way. Also, the Kanye storyline was kind of iconic. He rescued us and took us to the Cannes Film Festival. In the movie, T.I. has maybe my favorite cameo. Pharrell is really cool in the way they shot him, and he just pops in there. Hip-hop has been such a prevalent part of the show.
