Yes, ladies and gentlemen, it’s official! After being MIA for quite some time, the legendary singer Janet Jackson is back and she has a lot for us to be excited for.

The beautiful songbird has announced some huge news for all her fans, the singer tweeted out a video early Saturday morning, which revealed that she’s working on “new music, new world tour and a new movement,” as she says in the video above. The 50-second video shows footage of the inside of a studio as her voice chimes, turn into a voice over.

“I promised you’d hear it from my lips and now you will,” she says in the narration.

Even though, Janet has not released music since her 2008 offering Discipline and hasn’t toured since late 2011, it’s safe to say her fans we’re missing her. They even began to make missing posters for the “All for You” singer, which caught Jackson’s eye on Twitter prompting a response, “too funny, too sweet.”
