There had been rumors of a relationship or at least dates between singer Ciara and Seattle Seahawks star quarterback Russell Wilson, but those relationship whispers appear to be a fact.

This evening (April 25) President and First Lady Obama held the White House State Dinner were the guest of honor was the Japanese Prime Minister and the location for CiCi and Russ coming out party. The QB was dressed in a black tuxedo while the R&B star was gorgeous in a nude evening gown.
