Wiz’s career skyrocketed after Kush & OJ

Do you remember specifically what took place after Kush & OJ was released? Well, let me recap for you. He was featured on the 2010 XXL Freshman cover, which at the time meant more than it did now; he signed a major deal with Atlantic Records; he released his multi-platinum selling single “Black & Yellow,” which took over the airwaves in more ways than one; he made the Forbes list in 2011 earning a cool $11 million dollars; released his debut album Rolling Papers the year after, which eventually went Gold; and he launched his Taylor Gang brand and put on several artists.
