Don’t Call It A Comeback: Eddie Murphy To Rejoin ‘SNL

Eddie Murphy is back to delivering the funny. The classic comedian will return to his T.V. roots with an appearance on SNL after leaving the show in 1984.
In an interview with News One, Murphy revealed he’ll be returning to NBC’s Studio 8H for the Saturday Night Live 40th Anniversary Special, airing February 15. Murphy isn’t stopping at just comedy either. The comedian dabbled into some music releasing a single called “Oh Ja Ja,” which is featured on iTunes. The three hour special will feature cast members from the show’s history, but NBC hasn’t released any official details. The show’s 40-year run will be celebrated in a major way with Eddie Murphy on the roster of stars. Check out some videos of Murphy below for a taste of his SNL run!
