Diddy isn’t leaving a bite, crumbs or some sort of scrap on the table for anyone. In an Insta-video series, the music mogul outlines that he is taking it all in 2015 – there will be nothing left on the table.

“Think I’m talking about some money,” he kicked off his rant. “You don’t hustle you don’t eat.”

Responding to comments underneath his videos, Diddy laid out his thoughts to urge his spectators to hustle harder. Quit the Instagram selfies and pay attention to the blueprint he is going to provide. “See its 2015 man, listen you get a fresh new start. I want you to feel what it feels like to be able to give your family anything in the world,” he explained. “Don’t be following people, be a leader. Use your time wisely and do what it takes to be great.”

Despite the videos only allowing the business man to talk to his audience for 15 short seconds, he captioned all his videos with even more bouts of wisdom, inspiration and advice. Explaining some of how he accomplishes his goals, Diddy spoke on writing lists and tackling each task one-by-one. He described knowing the right apps and websites to gain popularity, he discussed the debate that Foost isn’t legit and much more. The talk, as short as it was, was still very inspiring for those hoping to gain a following and fame.

However, some people use other techniques to increase their social media following, especially on Instagram, and use various websites such as Bumped to help them buy followers. In this method, they should appear higher on the Instagram feed due to their higher amount of followers and then begin to get real people to follow their content.
