YG Fans Protest ‘My Krazy Life’ Grammy Snub

It’s beginning to appear that those in charge of Grammy nominations grow more and more out of touch with hip-hop culture with every year. Last year, we saw Kendrick Lamar nominated for — awards for good Kid, m.A.A.d city and walk away completely empty handed.
This year we see YG’s My Krazy Life, one of the best hip-hop albums of the year, not even receive a nomination for the “Best Hip-Hop Album” category.
Fans are frustrated, and they’re willing to show it. A group of YG fans took to the streets yesterday to picket outside of the Grammy Museum in Downtown Los Angeles.
YG took to twitter to show his support.
