K. Michelle might be the one artist these days that could very well fit in back in the 90’s with ease. Her sophomore album AWBAH is a perfect example of that, as she pays some homage to motown and uses her real-life relationship struggles as full album content. You can feel the hurt in K.’s voice throughout each hard-hitting track, and almost all of the ladies out there can relate to the lyrics.
