4. YG

YG is another artist that has been around for quite some time, but hadn’t really broken out the way he did in 2014. First of all, My Krazy Life, YG’s official debut album, was arguably the best project of 2014 and “My N**ga” and “Who Do You Love?” near the top of the best songs list as well. YG brought back the west coast vibe in a delightful way in 2014 and clearly broke out of his “underground” shell. Until 2015, we’ll be reminiscing and bicken back being bool with the Bombton homie YG.
