9. Travi$ Scott

For those who are fans of Travi$ Scott, you know that 2014 wasn’t his first year on the scene. With that being said, the release of his latest project, Days Before Rodeo, proved to be not only one of the best low-key projects of 2014, but also showed that Travi$ is officially worthy of our undivided attention and full blown respect for his craft. Scott comes in at #9 on our Breakout Artists list because we feel like 2014 set the G.O.O.D. Music star up for an incredible 2015. Only time will tell.
