2. Iggy Azalea

Who dat, who dat? The woman that caused the most controversy this year was also one of the biggest breakout artists of the year – Iggy Azalea. Whether you like I-G-G-Y or not, you can’t deny the success she had this year. Her hit single “Fancy” and her album Reclassified, and the Grammy nods that came with it, show us that Iggy can hang with the best of ’em. Unfortunately for her, 2014 will be remembered as the year Iggy took the most heat as well. I’m sure Swaggy P and her Azaleans (Iggy’s fan base) are keeping her sane, though.
