The holiday spirit is circling its way in the air. Throughout the hip-hop community from YG to Future, artists are giving back. Today (Dec. 23), TDE is hosting a concert and toy drive at the Nickerson Gardens Projects in Watts, CA.

Jay Rock, Ab-Soul, SZA, ScHoolboy Q, Isaiah Rashad and Kendrick Lamar will hit the stage to perform as well as put their Santa hats on during the gift giveaways. The free event is donating toys, shoes and additional items.

TDE CEO, Anthony “Top Dawg” Tiffith, spoke on the importance of the event in a press release stressing the duty of the artist to always give back to their community. “Being one of those young boys raised in the Nickerson Gardens projects I felt it’s my duty to bring the show back home,” he said. “Rather than just giving gifts for the holidays, I also wanted to bring something different and unique to my community.”

The event kicks off at noon PST.
