Cortez Bryant Says Lil Wayne and Cash Money Are “Good”
by Staff Editor
The saga continues between Lil Wayne and Cash Money.
Wanye took to Twitter to blast the record label and its CEO, Birdman, for keeping him prisoner and delaying the Carter V album release. But although he told his followers he wants to depart with his longtime label, according to his manager Cortez Bryant, Weezy is good and staying where he’s at.
TMZ spotted Bryant leaving Club Penthouse in L.A. Thursday (Dec. 5) night all smiles. The paps questioned him about Wayne “ending an era” with Cash Money but Bryant assured it was still YMCMB and Cash Money forever. He even commented on Tyga–who also voiced wanting to depart from Cash Money–saying, “Tyga is my brother, him and Wayne are good.” –Dominique Zonyeé
