Just as he did in Ferguson, J.Cole has joined the protest in New York City after the decision to not indict the New York City cop that placed citizen Eric Garner in a fatal chokehold. Taking a break from promoting his forthcoming album, Cole is showing social responsibility in joining the people of New York as they shut down various blocks in protest. The Dreamville leader was captured in a photo by a fellow protestor and shared via Twitter, which can be seen below.
