“Still Down” might be the most important track on Blacc Hollywood. Ty starts off by singing, “All my n***as are day 1’s…I only fuck with day 1’s” making it very clear the importance of the people who were there in the beginning. Fame can go to people’s heads and inadvertently force you to forget the people who you started off with. Wiz acknowledges that ideology, but makes it clear that his homies from back in the day are still right there with him. It was awesome to see his ultimate ‘day 1’ Chevy on this track in particular.
