5 Producer/Rapper Collab Albums We Need To Hear

2. Drake & Hit-Boy
The first time I heard Hit-Boy’s blaring horns in “Trophies”, followed by Drake’s pure disrespect to the industry, I lost my shit. I was in a daze trying to figure out how this was the first time these 2 connected; Drizzy’s known for his ability to create a long-lasting hit record, while Hit’s entire production discography includes anthem-like instrumentals. I mean, Drake’s the one who rapped, “I should prolly sign to Hit-Boy, cuz I got all the hits boy” in his latest release “0-100”. If Drizzy’s ever willing to do an entire project without 40, let’s hope Hit-Boy’s next in line. And let’s also hope it gets released correctly this time around.
