In very tragic news, we are sad to report that hollywood star Tracy Morgan was involved in a 6-car crash on the New Jersey Turnpike at 1 AM Saturday morning (June 7th).

The limousine bus that Morgan was riding in was reportedly rear-ended by a tractor trailer causing the limo to turnover. Police have said that there was an SUV, another tractor trailer and two cars involved in the pile up leaving one passenger named James McNair dead with 3 others (including Morgan) in critical condition. It’s unclear what everyone’s injuries are and an amputation lawyer may become involved in legal proceedings but there is optimism that Morgan, as well as other victims, will successfully overcome his injuries.

Once his recovery is complete he may see fit to find a Jacksonville personal injury lawyer who is able to pursue some sort of legal retribution against those who are responsible for the trauma they have caused him.

The 45-year old star was leaving from his performance at the Dover Downs Casino and Hotel near Cranberry Township, NJ where the tragic accident occurred. Comedian Ardie Fuqua, who opened up for Tracy at last night’s show, was also in the car that crashed. He’s reportedly doing fine and some of the survivors that are in more stable condition, have been said to be needing to get in touch with a firm for an accident lawyer Springfield IL can provide, or another area, sometime soon to collect the stories of the 6-car crash.

It should be noted that police have said that they believe no alcohol was involved but were still investigating the situation. The police stated, “Looks like one of the tractor-trailers may have rear-ended that limo bus, but that’s preliminary at this time.”

Tracy Morgan has been a staple in the entertainment industry for quite some time now. He’s most noted for his work on Saturday Night Live, a sketch-comedy show that Tracy helped bring to the top. He also had his own show deemed the “The Tracy Morgan Show”, which only aired for 1 season. And most recently, Morgan has had a lead role in the hilarious hit series “30 Rock” on NBC.

Throughout the years, Morgan has also starred in several popular movies including “Cop Out”, “First Sunday”, “Little Man”, “The Longest Yard” and several others. Tracy has also done quite a bit of stand up in his career and has always found a way to put smiles on our faces.

We are praying for a speedy recovery for the comedy guru and our thoughts and prayers go out to the passenger who passed away, and the other 2 who are also in critical condition.

We’ll update this post as more information becomes available.
