Chris Brown won’t be back in the streets or rehab in March, as the singer will remain in jail until April 23. Monday afternoon Brown was back in Los Angeles Superior Court for his probation hearing which resulted in his extended stay in jail.

Breezy was sent to jail after being exiled from his rehab in Malibu. What did Chris do to get kicked out? He “rubbed elbows” with a female and refused to take a drug test. Along with those two violations, Brown made a threat in a group therapy session in which he said, “I am good at using guns and knives.” After taking the drug test later, the results came back negative.

Chris Brown’s lawyer looked to have the singer placed into a different rehab facility which was denied by the judge. In addition to that denial the road won’t get easier as Brown faces a misdemeanor charge April 17 in Washington D.C.
