After completing anger management, Chris Brown is readying a free offering for his fans. While the jury is still out on what is to come for his X album, Breezy plans to release his X-Files mixtape via his site MechanicalDummy. The tape will be a mix of rap and R&B tracks as well as five new songs with a few surprise guests.
