Last night (Oct. 19) fans of Drake in Philadelphia received an unpleasant surprise when they began to arrive at the Wells Fargo Center to find out they wouldn’t be receiving a show from Drizzy and those along with him on tour.

The cancellation of last night’s show was due to an issue with a catwalk that is essential to Drake‘s performance. Originally believed to be cancelled all together, the Philadelphia stop has been postponed to December 18.

Complex delivers a statement from Wells Fargo Center spokeswoman Rebecca Goodman on last night’s event:

“Due to the elaborate nature of tonight’s show and an unexpected technical issue, Drake’s ‘Would You Like A Tour’ concert at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia has been postponed until Wednesday, December 18.”
