The True EP soultress cuts up with the Morning Show hosts while chatting about willingly taking an in-school suspension for her love of Nas, the funky two-step with Mannie Fresh and Bun B (see here) and her reaction to Beyoncé’s Brazil mishap.

“I have to give her the hugest props for being that accessible. But it is scary, especially as a family member,” the Brooklynite says. “It’s scary to watch that.”
