Pusha T Calls Lil Wayne’s ‘Dedication 5’ Trash
by Karen
Pusha T stopped by Sirius XM’s Hip Hop Nation for Thursday Night Live with DJ Envy and shed some light on his feelings for Lil Wayne‘s Dedication 5 stating that he felt it was “trash”.
Diving into the long standing war of words between King Push and Weezy, DJ Envy inquired about Pusha’s “blanket statement” in a tweet that caught the attention of Jae Millz. After stating that he had no reason to respond to Jae Millz, the G.O.O.D. Music gives his feelings bout the mixtape and Tunechi’s current quality of lyrics.
Comparing himself to the Young Money leader, Push also states “He’s rapping bad so that doesn’t help much, you know what I’m saying, I’m like good, he’s bad,” before confirming his thoughts on Dedication 5.
Pusha T goes on to discuss his upcoming album My Name Is My Name, the impact of Kanye West on the project, his Play Cloths clothing line, the possibility of a new album from The Clipse and more. Check out what all Pusha has to say above. My Name Is My Name will be available in stores and on iTunes on October 8.
